Complimentary pickup is available from hotels and apartments in Dubai, as well as from the Dubai Cruise Terminal (Port Rashid and Dubai Port). Your tour guide will meet you in the hotel lobby within 30 minutes of your scheduled pickup time, depending on your location. For guests staying in Sharjah and Ajman, evening pickups are available for all bookings, while morning pickups are limited to private tours only due to heavy traffic during peak hours.
